Rioting Soul introduced me to this series and I couldn’t stop watching it so I figured I’d share.

I’d say if you’re a general gamer and you play all sorts of genre’s then you’ll probably get a kick out of this series. It’s violent, it has puns, it has game references galore and it also makes references to other things as well. The jokes are corny and I think it’s probably going to come down to acquired taste as many things in it are pretty awkward. It’s not animated either it’s Live Action…just a warning. It’s slow starting out but it does get better.

Basic Premise: NPC’s from games all over have invaded the real world and are wrecking havoc around the place. When I say games from all over I do mean games from all over. some of the games that have been referenced include Fallout 3, Prototype, Pokemon, Left 4 Dead, Doom, Plants vs. Zombies, etc. I haven’t seen any refences to fighters yet though. They’re main goal is to take out 2 game programmers…Why that is revealed as the series goes on. I think the best way to describe it would be the reverse of Capt. N that’s a bit more adult.
