Yeah I can’t read the text either. It’d be better if you scanned the picture. Is this artwork inspired by one of Akuma’s concept art from SF IV’s gallery (the one where he’s naked and doesn’t have a penis)? I remember when I unlocked Akuma’s artwork a long time ago; I was like, “Oh so that’s why Akuma’s always angry”.
