I heard from many people that if you add the new patch to the Xbox360, MVC3 freezes. Are a lot of you who patched your game experiencing this? I did not patch my games yet and I probably won’t until this gets resolved. But if I turn my PS3 on, it might automatically patch.
Please discuss this issue.
If you don’t patch, you can’t play online, so you could probably just disconnect the systems from the net and not worry about it; Not 100% sure on that. I haven’t noticed it yet on PS3, but I only played it for a little bit when the patch was released, don’t know if PS3 suffers from the freezing like 360.
So you think it would be safe to patch it for tomorrow? Both systems.
As a precaution I’ll leave it unpatched. If you guys want it patch I’ll just do it tomorrow when everyones there.
That seems alright. Sentinel HP nerf aside, they tried to fix some glitches that are still in despite their efforts, and the patch files are only 25MB. Nothing huge, so you could drop the hammer, make everyone go to in and out, come back with grub for ya, and patch the games. 
If it were me, I wouldn’t care. A patch is a patch, and there are always going to be bugs and things not fixed. That’s one thing playing World of Warcraft for 6 years taught me.

So I also have MVC2 and Alpha 3 up for tonight. I probably won’t patch the Xbox 360 since people told me yesterday that when they saw the WNF stream it kept freezing. The PS3 probably will automatically patch when I turn it on. Plus the PS3 I heard has no issues.
Yet another reason why PS3 is better than 360. Har har.
I’ll head out there again, maybe my attendance will be gasp consistent!?
Alright because I was talking about it with the fellas at Dominion last night I need info on the Power Stone series.
From what I know there are people out there who love this game. I learned that Power Stone 1 is 2 players and Power Stone 2 is 4 players. Everyone likes Power Stone 2 but the problem is that if i ever buy the cartridge I won’t have a 4 player cab. So is Power Stone 1 worth getting? It’s kinda cheap and easy to find. Power Stone 2 is impossible to find.
Not sure if I’ll make it tonight, but if I do (somewhere around 11-12ish if so), anyone interested in a friendly (or not?) MvC3 money match? I’m going for $10 and lower!
I’d say find someone with an old dream cast and run power stone off of that. I only played power stone 1 religiously, and barely touched power stone 2. I’d play it for nostalgia reasons and if people were interested in it.

Power stone is great pare, i played it in Arcade back in hawaii. The first one is def better then the second…

Thank you Moe and Henyo for driving all the way to Coachella and joining us. It’s an honor that a lot of you from far away are willing to drive all the way to my place just to check out my garage. Last week it was Victorville, before that Corona, this week it’s Coachella. Thanks guys. I hope the ride was worth it and you get back home safe.
