Does Yun have any *practical* resets?

OK, I was watching the latest Kyo video and I was wondering if Yun had any similar resets- ones that can be comboed into. I know theres the strong/fierce shoulder charge(which as far as I know can not be comboed into short of a counter-hit), s.forward, superjump j.jab, j.f+fierce, but is there anything useful that can be controlled? I’m guessing there really isn’t. The only ones I’ve been able to think of is:

s.LP, s.LK, s.MP, You-Hou, jab shoulder charge, s.forward, superjump j.jab, j.f+fierce

(C-groove) s.LP, s.LK, s.MP, Lvl 2 Raishin-Mahhaken, strong/fierce shoulder charge, etc. etc.

But that requires level 2/3. Any non-super ones?

Errr… do you mean resets or combos?

Resets.

I don’t think he knows the difference. the one you said you thought of is a combo, not a reset.

yep…

Uhh well are there any combos that do damage and also leave your opponent standing up next to you?

Why would you want them standing up next to you? that’s just a horrible idea

uh well so you can put more pressure on. i dont think i described it well but im looking for somethiing like Kyos QCF+K,K, then a jab or something to stand them up so you can go in again for more mixups

That’s the thing… yun wants his opponents to be down on the ground…

The only thing I can think of was when ken ended the cc with jumping jab, fierce, land and he does the towards+forward kick. Opponents instinctively block low after falling from that air combo. Not much of a mixup but I think that’s all he’s got.

To be honest, he’s a terrible character. His divekicks , overheads and rh are really slow in this game. If it weren’t for roll cancelling, he wouldn’t be playable.

My reset with Yun.

C groove

c.lk, c.lp, qcfx2 mp, lp shoulder on 4th hit of super, mk, sj hp, dash forward RC command grab.

Works best in the corner because like alpastorm said, most people’s first insentive is that they block low. If they see the dash they’re gonna probabbly try and hit you. The RC takes care of that however.

So thats what I’ve been doing. If you get it all off…It leads to a whopping 43 or so stun.
