I’d like to know what you’re doing anyway as a reference as well. Are you running poison? I’m running triple arrow. I’d still like to know though.
I run triple. I think it’s much better and more useful.

Edit: Can add Gimlet after but doesn’t add that much damage for a bar. Will probably work with other chars besides Hawkeye but damage will vary.

So I was messing around with spidey and zero looking for combo fodder but seems a lot easier to dhc from ms into sougenmu then raw tag back in and still combo before they land. Not sure if zeros super has less frames or not but this could be a decent way for those who have characters whose assist are stronger powered up, to power up while still comboing and ending with a meterless finisher. Depending on the team this could be vital

What’s a good combo where you’re only dedicating one assist to combo extension. I think a couple of these force a team with poor synergy since they’re with assists and teams that don’t make getting that big hit in easier at all.
Like in vanilla, Spidey and Doom work very well. Just pair them with a mid char with beam to get in. I have Spidey, Hawkeye and Doom and phantasy pretty much sums up why this is such a great team. It’s better to have some discussion with team synergy on the team building thread here.
Mmm I was trying to work on a similar combo, but the j.S after spider sting always messes me up (find it hard to combo into s:m: after and it randomly crosses up messing up my motions after it).
My own combo (Spidey/Viper/Doom) is:

It’s become a lot more consistent ever since I tried using s:h: instead of c:h: (thanks to Xero’s advice in the other thread about delaying juggle state to put off hsd). However, if I start with something like web zip> j:h:> c:l:c:h: sting, then it randomly whiffs at the launch. Frank West especially seems to be tough to hit consistently with the launch.
Off naked spider stings though, it works easily on everyone that you need to break 830k for.
So I have recently moved to a new team:
Captain America (shield slash) / Super Skrull (stone smite) / Spider-Man (web ball)
I’ve moved Spidey from point to anchor, as I feel that he is far and away my best character with level 3 x-factor. My question is, what is a good combo to do with an x-factor mid way through? I really wish spidey could just hyper -> x factor -> hyper but that seems to not be available without crawler assault, and since I got rid of my OTG assist in ultimate, this isn’t really an option I think, not to mention the whole idea of this combo should be that it be solo.
Thoughts? If you like, throw as many options at me for this as you can. I really really like this team, and I want to see it grow!
Since you’re having him on anchor, just combo to a web throw then just do the infinite throw loop on level 3 x-factor.
What’s the throw loop? Would a starter of xx light web swing, air M M H land M H web throw work? I don’t think you could do more than a couple reps of otg air H land M H web throw before they would fall out.
I’m having a heck of a time trying to do the 4th combo. How fast do you need to be? In fact I can’t get any of these down
What part are you messing up on?
For the xfactor loop spidey throws the opponent to the corner the grabs the before they touch the ground and vice versa

Not able to get the dash under. Is the timing just really tight or is there some trick to it?
just land and dash plus s:m: it’s not that hard since j:h: has so much hit stun early in the combo
what he said. it’s something that gets easier with practice is all. are you dashing with :atk::atk: or doing it manually with the stick?
What do you mean to throw into the corner? Usually I’ll be throwing people out of the corner, then back in I guess. I’m just saying that the OTG portion doesn’t work very many times so the damage caps out at around 900k I’d imagine. I’d love to be able to go higher than that.
