I could be wrong but I thought licensing issues are when it comes to other company’s characters? I am talking about Capcom own characters. I don’t think there should be any licensing issues.
Remember how Capcom went on about how they can’t put Strider into MvC3 or Karin into any SF game because the license to use them is owned by mangakas who created them?
