What movements do you have to do with Doom to combo from a front air throw midscreen? I keep thinking it’s just S as soon as the throw animation is finished, then triangle jump forward really really fast, but it never seems to be enough.
Please excuse my laziness but if someone could show me the most recent bnbs for doom that aren’t too crazy to do. Don’t need a video necessarily just the notations. If at all possible like a couple mid screen and a couple corner combos. Thanks a bunch in advance and once again excuse my laziness =D I’m trying to learn doom but his combos have seemed so daunting in the past. So any help would be much appreciated. I do have the guide but I assume that those combos aren’t very good at this point.
The tricky thing about the throw animation is you can actually move before the camera pans out or whatever. Experiment with it and you’ll find you can move much earlier than what looks possible. I do addf (land) dash, cancel dash w/ trijump to s.M launch. Depending on the height of your throw you might have to do j.S to reach the ground faster. This works for me anyway, hope it helps you out.
Any jump height confirms? I’m using j.L j.M j.S(lol) as the starter but I’m pretty sure there are much, much more optimized ones.

If I do a box jump M while calling Felicia Rolling Buckler midscreen, what’s the best way to confirm the little “pop up” from the Buckler into combo. sLS works, S by itself works, but neither of them every time (prob just my timing). Are these the way to do it, or does better and more reliable exist?

Is there a ‘universal’ starting sequence after a Doom corner TAC (non-infinite) so i I can put together an easier-to-do TAC? Im never going to get the more swaggy elaborate ones consistently online, but would like access to a basic M&Ms style TAC that ideally ends with an S foot dive for ender purposes.
I’d been doing, for up and down at least, TAC jM(1) fwd+H xx addf jM(1) xx Fly, MM adf MM add MMS. But have a bitch of a time getting all those Ms consistently. Should that work? Or is there something easier involving throwing some jLs in there somewhere or changing the “M&Ms” part somewhat? Thanks!

I think I may have invented the friendliest and easiest Doom TAC (down) possible. I decided to start learning them today because I got tired of being the only person that couldn’t do them but the easiest one I could google required thinking and looking at character heights. I hope this video helps anyone that is trying to do a TAC for the very first time, because I couldn’t do any of the ones that I found. This one can be done as long as you know the buttons in order and be able to press all of them as fast as possible

heh, yeah, it does look quite easy. (it does however leave a lot of damage behind, though.)
Hey guys I don’t know if this is known or not, but I found that doom does not need to do use standing M or H to combo after air S. I was able to link both crouching M and H after canceling air S with his dash.

Yeah there is a small ground bounce on the :s: Foot Dive if you either hit it raw or without the use of a launcher before your air series, this will count towards the ground bounce limit so keep that in mind if you DHC or similar.
hey all I have some questions concerning the midscreen-corner footdives loop. is it possible to do the standard loop ( j.S H s j.mp j.mp f.h s) midscreen ? cuz when I try I either miss the S footdive or if I do do it I’ll land far and not close to my opponent.
the other question I have is how many times can I do that in the corner? I try 3 but the character falls out.

The other day I booted up vanilla and saw that Footdive loop worked midscreen in that. Why did people use buktooth, then?
