Yeah im kinda curious what the standards are now too. my combo i posted is good, but i know people are breaking 900, but I’m not sure how consistent they are or if they’re limited by the combo starter.
I do it all the time, it’s actually pretty easy.
It’s the first combo in Duck’s combo video, I believe it’s called the Shady K combo.

Just practice it and it’ll be the easiest Doom stuff you can do, with that and Rokmode’s ender you’ll kill anything.
Thanks a bunch. The second combo is actually very similar to what I’ve been using. The choice of sj.LL’s and where to put c.H is the only different things to try.
I must say I don’t like the first combo. Isn’t sj.L HDive inconsistent depending on your starting spacing? I’m not the only one who feels that way, am I?
Damage is there though that’s for sure. My interest now is to update my bnb to what is most damaging and consistent.

Yeah, the second one is the most consistent. Anything involving midscreen Mazio loops is very iffy and not worth it imo.
It’s because the timing where you dash cancel gets delayed a bit during certain circumstances, you can always salvage it by adding another :l: in the air if you feel like it won’t work.
Rokmode’s extension is :a2::qcb::s::qcf::h::qcf::l::s: -ender-
When you salvage with j.L j.L Hdive, are you still expecting to land and launch or do you scrap the mazi into a bukloop? Does it become j.L j.L Hdive addf j.M land, etc. ? If so this would address my experiencing the Hdive to hit late and too high in the air for skipping j.M while addf’ing.
I’m gonna search for the rokmode post on that extension. I have a guess how it works but in this case seeing will help. I don’t think my assists (zero, magneto beam) work for it.
I’ve determined that my recent post of http://www.shoryuken.com/forum/index.php?threads/doctor-doom-combo-thread-v2.154980/page-7#post-7476114 does slightly (4k) less damage than the DuckStrong collage combo #2 .Depending which one I feel is more consistent I will choose one over the other. If I can slip in another hit somewhere my version does strictly more damage. Then I need to see about that mazi salvage trick to see if I can’t use mazi combos instead. Good stuff guys.

and that extension is only for Sentinel, I happened to know that Jak d ripr plays that. With Zero (DP assist I assume) you can OTG with st.:h: and dash cancel into a jump for another Foot Dive, I haven’t tried this though and for Magneto you can probably ask Kenta-Kun since he plays Mags and Doom.

Those may work. I tried it a bit once and really wasn’t able to make it work easily though. Assist extensions aren’t crucial on my current team. Doom is anchor.
I found that Rokmode video, and yeah, it looks sent only. Although, I wonder if you could do Hidden Missile(1) j.PlasmaBeamL, missile hits, and link it into foodive S. I’m sure I saw something like that in that TACnology video. Probably doesn’t work.

You can probably add cr.m, cr.h before the third launcher and it should still work. Maybe also a cr.m right before the second launcher.

Sup beerME, i would say the most practical one is the one you spend more time getting muscle memory into with in training mode. Also most of the swag tac shit you see ppl make in videos can be replaced with more practical m&ms and less dashing and still do more damage, so you wanna just spend time making your own tac swag while mixing it in with others youve seen people do in youtube videos and such.
