Personally, I’m not into the society-dictated standard of beauty. I can’t stand stereotypical beauty either. I live in the southern part of the USA, and there are tons of examples of both of those. There are blonde, tan, blue-eyed white chicks that wear John Deere clothing and pride themselves on being Homecoming Queen. There are attitude-driven black chicks that wear practically nothing and pretty much love hearing themselves talk any place and any time. There are dark-haired, pissy white chicks that think it’s hardcore that they listen to bands like Slipknot, Disturbed, and Flyleaf. There are tons more, but that’s the normal scenery at my college campus. What pisses me off more is when someone looks the stereotype, then their personality defines the stereotype. Shit drives me mad insane because I like to see people be individuals and not fall into fucking such general categories.
