So from what I’ve dealt with I just want some meat somewhere to suck on/play with. She’s not bad. From this angle, she’s got a nice little hip to waist ratio. Wouldn’t call her skinny by my standards. She doesn’t look like she’s starving, but rather healthy for her size. Slender sounds like a better description IMO.
People have different somatotype- There is a clear difference between a naturally skinny ectomorph and a girl who’s simply forcing herself to be skinny (Jennifer Hudson/ Star Jones/ Raven-Symone). The girl in the original post is a natural ectomorph, but she seems just teetering to underweight valley. She also seems to be Asian which probably skews the values a little due to their diet and genetics.
Normally, I tend to like thicker chicks because the usually have the “goods”, but there are some skinny chicks that can really work the the little that they have:

The pretty face/ skinny body look is kind of boring to me most of the time though. If this was 1563 where actually pretty/sanitary women were hard to come by, a girl with an above-average face would be god tier; but with over 3 billion women, pretty/skinny girls are just nice but don’t create that primal attraction for me… only superficially speaking of course.
