Do i HAVE to have a ps4 to play fighting games competitively?

Pc is fine , steam or any pc title. If you have a good connection also helps. Ps4 is good on all levels as long you have good internet and not wifi.

Thank you but what i was actually refering to was, do all the best players play on PS4 or do good players play on pc as well?

Long as there is no difference between versions then play on whatever.

Depends on the game (and where you live), but I’m pretty sure there are always skilled players on pc.

Yea pc would be better then, I played on fightcade for ages and meet many skilled players. In stv look for skilled players and there re plays learn that way. I still do that myself.
