They all speak Mexican so its all the same. That map is just labeling Mexico and South Mexico with a bunch of different names. Just like how they labeled Little USA “Canada”. Nothing to learn here.
Sure that label was made by a northamerican, people pretty much speak spanish (and every country got their own words for things) but brazil (portuguse) and some islands (english and french), but you righ dsp nothing to show here
