Isn’t it a PS4 exclusive? Where’s it at?
Should be in the character select above colors like the other alt costumes. I have mine (Short hair sexiness > Austin Power’s fembot hair)
I had the same issue too. I went back to the page where the game download was and where it says purchased click on it again and go to download. The game doesn’t redownload but it does give you the costume. That’s what worked for me at least. hope this helps!
