It would have to be first and foremost, Rolento.
Secondly, I suppose adding Elena, Eagle, would add some flavor as well to the game. Bringing Charlie back would be fun too.

If they decide for DLC, I think Rolento and Elena are pretty much guaranteed. Shit they already have their stages in SSF4.
If they keep the DLC free then it will probably only be those two. If they charge for the DLC then we’ll probably see 2+ more. My guesses:
R.Mika, Yun/Yang, Karin, Alex, Eagle
They could bring back a returning SF1 character as someone “new” like Retsu or Lee.

Yes I am, sir. Hakan turned out to be a pretty interesting character and many people seem to like him. I wouldn’t be any happier about such a character being included in SSFIV.

Yeah, I’m thinking that Rolento and R.Mika are the T.Hawk and Dee Jay of Street Fighter IV, characters that were dropped.
Ok, here’s an idea (don’t know if you’ll like it or not). But shouldn’t Ono/Capcom do a competition for a new character design, what better player feedback than to design a new character for SSFIV. Considering the innate fact, the IV series has been built around fan service.

I was actually kind of shocked to see that Q was forgotten about in that aspect. Considering SFIV is a massive homage to SFII you’d think they would have included him in the background due to him being in Ken’s stage ( yes I know it’s not officially Q).
