i’m pretty positive capcom went with 1 high, 1 mid and 1 low for the tiers regarding the thirdstrike characters.

Mines gota be sean and karin they were fun to use but i really dont see DLC characters ever happening despite what anyone says.

Urien would be cool. Other than that I don’t know off hand. But seriously, if they add anyone else in, they might as well make a Super Street Fighter IV Turbo Final Fight and just throw everyone from every Street Fighter/Alpha/III/Final Fight/Slammasters (since those are all of the cannonical SF games) character ever in the game. I would buy it. Even thought it would be a total cluster fuck.
For fun they could add the Street Fighter the Movie characters and Street Fighter EX characters (assuming they could license them).
As mentioned, I’m betting on Elena and Rolento for sure. Dunno after that…
I’ve love to see Rolento, Oro, or Twelve because I think those guys would look amazing on SSF4

I’ve been playign Alpha 3 lately, and I always like R. Mika’s character design, and she has a unique moveset.
I think Rolento is a given since Ono himself said he wanted to put him in the game. Other than that Id love to see:
Yun and or Yang(They’ve been in Chun-Li’s story cut scenes on both Vanilla and Super)
Karin(I think she would be great and WHY NOT put Sakura’s real rival on the game?)
Hugo(Hell, why not?)
Sean(Would like to see him return more than any other SF character! He’s Ken’s pupil and I think he’d fit very nicely.)
If I could only have 2 of them…SEAN, KARIN. Hands down.

If anyone from Capcom reads this: Please don’t listen to the people asking for more shoto’s/grapplers! They are confused individuals who don’t understand that unorthodox characters are as viable as their precious shoto’s 
In all seriousness though, even if I don’t get either of my picks (Q and Oro) I’ll be happy if no shoto’s pop up. We have how many in Super? 8 or so? Anymore is beyond overkill. With Gen nerfed and Hakan being essentially worthless without oil we really need some “interesting” characters thrown into the mix (hence my choices of Q and Oro). Oro especially would bring a whole new flavor to the game.
