Several ways. From him being a lascivious nightmare, to his brazen disregard for the law. Actually, I think Lobo has better plot development angles than some of the characters in the game now. He’d definitely be Insurgence IF he was on any particular side at all.
It would be very cool if they added at the least story cutscenes for DLC characters, but I doubt it. Maybe comics, that could be cool.
From that interview with Boon it sounded like Martian Manhunter wasn’t a planned DLC, makes me sad. 
He has so many things that would make him unique. Of course, that leaves the other rumors up in the air.
If I had to make a guess for another character, I’d say Black Canary or Atrocitus. Canary to have another Arrow-related character and Atrocitus because more Lanterns = easy color changes and more constructs.
This perspective could be true. However, it could be that Ed wants to make people THINK MM isn’t planned DLC just to reveal him later on. 
I just hope that rumored list is incorrect, batgirl and general zod just seems like a waste of good dlc slots. Least I haven’t bought my season pass yet, ill wait to see who the second character is, and if it’s any of the rumored one’s ill just pass on the pass entirely.
I think they’ve released all costumes haven’t they? I have all but the ios, yellow lantern and really hard ones like flash alt from 3 star on all missions, and the other mission one.

Scorpion has no place in this game i was promised a pure DC fighting game the inclusion of Scorpion just means ill have to fight Scorpion one after another online and im not up for that.
Scorpion may be involved because netherrealm rebooted mk but you are all right about his inclusion its injustice not dc versus mk.
I really like to see more female characters: Zatanna, Batgirl, Power Girl, Supergirl, Starfire, Poison Ivy. We know Lobo is one of the DLC, so I hope rest of them are female characters. Go Netherealm!
I don’t want Batgirl because I know they will be using Barbara Gordon. I just don’t care for her unless she’s in a wheelchair.
As a nod, they could have an alt (insurgency or regime) be Cass.
Zod makes sense though since he’ll be in the new Superman movie this year. I just hope he gets a Terrence Stamp costume.
They don’t even need new dialogue, they could literally just make her mute if they wanted.

I’m interested to see what they do with Scorpion in this game personally. Using his hellfire to amp. his damage or apply different properties on his special moves would be pretty sick. Who knows.
Batgirl is super weak IMO, who the fuck cares about Batgirl? Remember Batman & Robin? Remember how much that sucked ass?

The two characters I want most are Martian Manhunter and Black Canary. Anything else will be extra.
However I do think they shouldn’t be wasting a spot on Scorpion(if the rumor is true). We’ve been playing as him in this genre for like two decades now. If he’s in, then that’s a spot that could have gone to a character that’s never been in a fighting game before. Plus Ed Boon has stated that this game isn’t MK and that it wouldn’t have MK characters. They’ve even been trying to convince people that Injustice isn’t just MK with DC characters and that it’s it’s own thing. Having Scorpion contradicts all of that.

I am totally behind a Cass alt, hope that happens. If there needs to be a Batgirl character with the alt that’s fine too.
