Yeah Soul, and i finished updating all of them and placed them on my blog and i have a file so if they try to delete them, i got those covered. thanks for posting, you’re a big help.
so movesets for dlc chars are in the disc?
Yes. I’m pretty sure every file needed for them are on the disc. If I knew how to unlock them for gameplay I’d make videos of them all asap. But I don’t.

maybe they aren’t “properly” on disc? i mean there probably are their textures, models, movesets, sounds, videos etc to not make big-as-f*ck dlcs, but the actual animations/character-itself are not there? Ono mentioned that they were still working on Blanka to fit him into the game after all

The moveset format has changed slightly since AE. My old tools don’t work, but I am working on new tools. 
By the time the PC version comes around, I want to have an editor done
