This is going on five months without my sticks. I emailed you and I’ve IM’ed you on AIM and I havent received a response. I would just like my money back thats all.
What should we do people? I havent heard ANYTHING from him since he “shipped” my sticks… And apparenty he didnt. No tracking, nothing.

but, i did talk to him a few days ago, and he said the paint on my stick was drying. i’ll try to get a hold of him on AIM tomorrow.

We are giving DJ Matrix 3 days to respond to this thread about your sticks before we close it. I know some of you will get angry and have money invested in his sticks, if he doesn’t respond, shoot me a PM if you already sent him money and we will try to take care of this problem.
sorry i been busy this week. my aim is up but it doenst show me being idle for some reason. i had something come up this week with work and car and ill be at work all weekend till tuesday.
to Roush and Max. Max i just read your email and i cant give you a full refund as i just need to send out your stick but i have money in your box for you when you get it as compensation.

It’s been 5 months. From what you’ve told me it maybe took about 2 months at max to build. So it’s just been sitting in your house for the last 3. You can not tell me that in those 3 months you had no time to drop it at a UPS store.

i got a very brief hold of him late last night (around 2:00 AM EST), and he responded with:

Don’t those who have sent money to him, have his real name and address? I understand the time frame is probably too late to push issues through Paypal, but some sort of proof of payment from a set number of people should be able to press some sort of holding within a court.
I would hire someone in Texas to shake him down.
