It’s been more than a week now since you’ve said that you’ll take care of everyone. I haven’t received anything yet. You’ve told me twice before that you have shipped out my stick. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, nothing. I told you that I haven’t received the stick, and you tell me that you got something in the mail, which is probably my stick, and you tell me that you’ll ship it out. That was about a month ago, still nothing now.
Can I just get a refund please? That would be so much easier, everything would be done electronically… Because apparently, you can’t ship my stick.
I’m sorry if I’m being harsh, but going on HALF A YEAR… I think I have the right to be. I’ve been MORE than patient with you, and haven’t gotten anything for it. I believe I deserve something.
Hope he isn’t sick or facing some serious real life crisis type shit.
But he understood and took the responsibilities of making himself and his services available, so there is really no excuse.
Hope it turns out alright and everyone can recover from this mess.

Not harsh at all. You have every right to be upset. If I was you I would try to get the money back by however you paid. It’s obvious this guys not gonna ship out your stick(s). 6 months is just unacceptable. Good luck

What person you know admits his mistakes and still tries to help rectify the situation. have you seen him insult any of his customers? Done alot for the community? By what, lying to them that their stick is done? So he helps a couple people and that gives him the right to screw people over? You can’t possibly be serious!!! If he really wants to admit his mistakes, tell him to refund those who paid and didn’t get their sticks.

well scotty2hotty, what has he done for the community? I dont know much about him or his rep. but for me to call him dj crap is just out of anger, so dont take it to the butt. I’m inclined to believe Djmatrix is (gradually) working on everybody’s stuff. But there’s a huge issue here of poor communication. A Evo2k6-DVD-style “two more weeks” for six months is a bad way to go about things, especially in this case, where you have already accepted hundreds of dollars from people.
A post of updates every two weeks, and half of the anger/frustration from the people in this thread wouldn’t be here.
I sincerely do not know what’s been going on with him lately. I’ve been patient and understanding on all fronts, and even now I’m not so much mad as I am genuinely curious as to why no one has been updated about their orders. It is going on 2 months since I placed my order and sent payment. I think that next time he posts, instead of claiming that he’s been busy and asking for people’s understanding, he should be explaining the status of each order and trying to get everyone taken care of.
I mean hell, it’s not like we personally want to pick him apart or anything. All we want are our sticks as promised within a reasonable time frame and to be informed on the progress made so far. Just imagine if you’re having a house built, and when you ask the contractor about the progress, he/she answers with “it’s done when it’s done.” If I were Matrix I’d call a temporary halt on accepting further orders until I get the current ones straightened out, as well as any personal issues that may prevent one from finishing/shipping them this century.

So the next couple of days we should be seeing more attempts to resolve this. I hope that this update occurs in a truthful, timely manner. 6 months is pretty ridiculous, the customers deserve better. When I pay and something doesn’t come on time I want to know what the hell happened, people’s money isn’t some kind of joke. The customer has a right to know what’s going on at all times when a selling item isn’t delivered, especially if was promised within a time frame.
