Okay so is it just me or has DJ Matrix just completely disappeared? Even from AIM. I’m thinking about filing a Paypal claim… Its going on 4 months now. I’ve talked to him online before and he said that he shipped it… But nothing in the mail. He said it may have gotten shipped back to him so he’ll ship it out once he checks it out. If he did get it back, and say he did ship it, I should have gotten it already. What should I do guys? Help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
i’m sorry to hear that but i think you already passed the limit of doing a paypal claim. if i remembered correctly it’s 45 days or something like that.

also matrix wont do you like that, he ships all his sticks with delivery confirmation.
its probably something wrong with the shipping to your place.
Oh dammit. But see, no one has ever had a problem shipping anything to my place… Even people from Canada shipped to my address no problem. DJ Matrix told me he had shipped the item but never gave me a confirmation. So what does that mean?

Oh wow. I knew full well it would take some time before I receive my stick when I read the thread, but you guys have been waiting months at a time? I seriously hope it does not take that long, especially since he told me that I’d get it in October. If anything he should tell people that there’s no set date and it could take longer than expected (that way people would know what they’re in for from the start). At the very least, keep customers updated on the status of their order, which is an obligation any businessman needs to uphold. Ever since I sent payment I haven’t seen him online at all, just once yesterday and he got off quickly. Seems that a lot of people who received their sticks are happy with his work, so I doubt it’s in his best interest to scam anyone, but still it makes one wonder. 
^ Yes exactly, it makes me wonder. I’m not really interested in the stick anymore, I just want my money back. I don’t think this wait is worth the sticks anymore.
well, if anyone orders an American style stick and doesn’t want it anymore, il buy it off your hands =]

i sent my stick back to him because he said he would fix the imperfections, but i haven’t heard from him since. i suppose he’s really busy, but i’m beginning to get slightly worried. he seems like a cool guy, so there is some hope.
man, that’s jacked up, i was thinking about ordering one as well, guess I’ll do it the old fashion way, BUILD ONE MYSELF.
i don’t see why it would take so long to get it shipped out. heck, if you’re too busy, don’t take orders, simple as that.
If he was really that busy he shouldn’t have taken my order. In my case, he has been busy for the last 4 months now and counting. I’m not sure what to call that anymore, but I’m at least hoping for my sticks and some kind of compensation for the LONG wait. That or at least a refund please.
