There were constant hold ups in the tournament:
A few stations were not used because only matches designated to ref stations can PLAY on those stations. :nono: = time consuming.
If there’s an empty station, reassign/coordinate a new match ASAP to that station.
If you start a tournament at 10PM, please keep in mind a lot of these players have work/personal obligations to attend to, so running a late tournament should be as swiftly as possible.
Payout:
The biggest issue here was lack of information:
Nowhere on the thread states anything regarding a venue fee.
DIZeLAN owner took 40% of the pot nonchalantly and gave me a look like it was the standard.
I’m very disappointed on how things worked out.
All you have to do is be a man and explain your actions/and or apologize for any inconvenience you have brought to our community.
You could tell that they were inexperienced in running Street Fighter tournaments.
From my understanding of the fight, a team was being called to play but the team members didn’t hear it and got DQed, so they demanded their money back from the staff. I guess things just escalated from there. It made for some nice footage. =)

Yea it was kinda shady that the final winners got jipped 40% of the pot :[. Congrats tho! i had to leave right after we lost lol. But i did take out a whole team and 2 out of 3 tho by myself :] in the losers bracket. Left at like 2:30.
Too bad i couldnt find some casuals tho :(. Every station was packed. and those that werent were tourney matches
