I played smug a few times under the impression that he wasnt a booster.
He’s barely lv 1.

To supplement the recent discoveries from ThirtyFour. This is just a sample of what I’ve been working on since I’ve seen the f.hk setup yesterday. Some of his and my work crossed over with Balrog, and some really awesome stuff came out of it

lets all stop and take a moment to thank that dudley who opened the floodgates with his guile unblockables video. his set ups gave us a general template to work with and build from. sucks we’ll never know his name 
i was testing these and apparently balrog can delay jab headbutt to get out of all of the set ups.
Depends on how you time it, and what setup you go for. I’ve seen some pretty goofy results for almost every version. The timing for these items isn’t very practical in every circumstance after match testing. It was more or less a demonstration of engine possibilities. I’ve came up with a lot more since, but I’ve been more focused on other ventures, not sure if I’ll release anything else till I see tut.
