Ryu wasn’t blocking. Probably tried to stand tech but the crouch fierce was too meaty.

You honestly can’t say unless the inputs were there or if we asked the player himself, but I strongly believe that the ryu thought he was going to be crossed up in the reset so he blocked the wrong way.
