Dignify Dudley? What would you change?

After reading the teaser from Yoshinori Ono about a “rebalance” to the SSF4:ae2k12 series (http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2013/jan/23/ono-teases-update-super-street-fighter-4-arcade-edition-v2012/)
I was just wondering what would you give/change with Dudley to make gutter trash of people?

Give Dud the coat catch animation after every victory.

Lower pushbox (the solid yellow box) on REVERSAL EX duck. It already has upper body invincibility so it can escape crossup attacks and some jump ins that are high enough but it would be nice to have a solid escape option to vortexes and ambiguous jump ins costing only 1 bar.

Victory Rose adds same juggle as LP Jet Upper, c.HK, ex mgb. (V.Rose is useless for characters that can backdash it and get air reset.
