Differences Between MvC3 and UMvC3

So what I want to do is trade in MvC3 (and the strategy guide) for UMvC3 (and the strategy guide).

…but I’m a horrible sucker for keeping onto old versions of things because they have stuff that the newer versions don’t.

Is there anything in MvC3 that is NOT found in UMvC3?
