i can do it easily…
Does anyone know the imput for the wallbounce followup to Katana-rama?
launch or sweep xx launch?
The one here:

He does Katana-rama and cancels it into a wallbouncing cross shaped slash. Is it a followup to Katana-rama? Or perhaps a seperate move?
you might wanna pm keits about it, he’s used it extensively.
Hey, not a bad idea. I know he has a Katana rama that goes infront, one tilted up and the OTG one, but I’ve only ever seen a followup to the OTG flavour.
I was thinking you’d imput the command again or mash the button, kinda like how you cancel Dante’s special moves into other special moves.
I thought it was his side exchange. (Which either people aren’t using, has been removed, or never existed in the first place).
Wouldn’t make sense since exchange and Katanarama! are specials.
isn’t that all one move–dp+C?
I don’t think so, I’ve seen vids where only the first part hits.
different strengths for different buttons
Well, I know that much…

You can see in this vid that he only does the first hit of Katana-rama with no wallbouncing followup. His other “strengths” with Katana-rama is one that goes straight forward, one that tilts up, and one (in this vid) that OTGs. I’m just wondering what that wallbounce imput is. I PM’d Keits about it, I hope he messages me back. refreshes inbox
i see. i didn’t know the move had two parts. its probably just dp+C>C
Yeah, probably. I just wanna make sure.
Deadpool’s wall bounce follow up is indeed an additional input. It’s either dp+C>C or dp+C>dp+C. The way I did it at the food fight event was dp+C>dp+C, and that seemed to work most of the time.
Just got this from Keits:
Thanks for looking into that, Jocelot. Updated the 1st post again!
I will say that Pineapples will probably be the most used, due to their versatility and lockdown. The shurikens seem more of a “get off me” move, similar to Blackheart’s j.HP.
I’d like to see bolos and shuriken used more. Somehow people just use pineapples all the time (even newcomers), and it’s B.
