Welcome to TFNS very first Ranking battles (RanBat) for Super Street Fighter 4. :woot:
(yea I x-copied KSK)
When: Staring July 16 2010 and continuing bi-weekly fridays
Start Time: start @ 7:00 pm

Where: @ TFNS 1444 Dupont St. Unit 15, Toronto On M6P 4H3

How much: The Ranbat will be $20 buy in and plus a pot bonus (TBD)
venue fee also still must be paid.

What is a Ranking Battle you say ?**
Ranking battles are pretty much the same thing as having tournaments, they follow the same format BUT there will be 8 of these for the this season. The top 4 placing in each ranking battle will be awarded with points:
1st 10 points
2nd 7 points
3rd 5 points
4th 3 points

At the end of the season the person with the most points will win the D01RB.

Prizes will be awarded 70/20/10.

NOTE: I KNOW THIS IS SHORT NOTICE SO FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CAN NOT AFFORD THE $20 BUY IN THE FIRST TIME IT IS FINE, WE ARE AWARE SOME OF YOU WILL BE RECOVERING COSTS FROM EVO AND SOME OF YOU SIMPLY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT ON SHORT NOTICE. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN FOR THE FIRST TIME, HOWEVER YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY THE NEXT TIME YOU ARE BACK. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY YOU WILL BE OUT OF THE RANBAT WITH NO QUESTIONS AND ANY POINTS AWARDED WILL BE REMOVED AND GIVEN TO THE NEXT PERSON WHO PLACED… pretty straight forward imo.

sweet this just answer my question if tfns was this friday… count me , nickcam and Peter on coming . Peter from waterloo lives in GTA now so tfns has another strong abel to play with now

how long does the season run for?

dice, HVE and myself are coming to this. Is there anyway the start time could be bumped to 7:30? Traffic from waterloo is rediculous on a friday.
