I think it will work better if you add more darks and put a light rim on the top half of each character since the light is coming from the top of the back ground.

You are spot on with your suggestion but having only flat colors is something I have wanted to try for a while, outside of the bluish tint on Hugo every area has only one color.

About the spine, dunno, does it really look that weird? I went to the extreme a lil because it the Orochi version but perhaps I overdid it?

yeah i agree with the spine being awkward…if you go into your figure and try to plant a ribcage in there i think you might see it.

I can’t seem to see the flaw in Iori’s back, not saying that you (shubacca) or rook are wrong, just that its hard to fix something you can’t see. Prolly just spent too much time with the pic and my eyes are too used to it, I’ll try fixing it sometime in the future.
