Actually, a few. Gears of War 3 beta let you unlock shit towards full version. I think one of the Battlefields did too. The beta for DC Universe Online let you carry over full characters. I could go on, if you’d like
I googled it though, and yeah…the beta client will be different than the full version, so no carry overs. Although the reward IS playing this early.

Yeah ive been done playing the beta… rolled every char to 12-13 and after the last major update to the skills and stuff, ive seen enough. Now they are taking out rings and ammy’s which sucks as well :{ I wish they would open up more content.
Ill be rolling a Barb first… I have a feeling a good tank will be needed in late game. Plus i never played Barb in D2
Well they do, it’s Blizzard North who runs Diablo’s development but they can’t always keep things the same and with all the development time they’re trying to brainstorm for something that would actually work. In the long run Blizzard will keep pushing back because they never make crappy games. You never waste the money you spend on a Blizzard game, period.
They’re not actually making a console release. It’s just someone who created a lot of hype (likely a sale associate) to test the waters of the idea. Companies do this ALL the TIME. Ultimate Marvel 3 X.
And frankly the auction house is a great feature. Sure it may demean some of the aspects like actually having to farm for things but I’d rather just buy it after like 3 days of farming for something not intensively rare and overpriced than to keep grinding away at it. I played FFXI for quite some time I want to be done with the grind.
