Youre not zonning but running away .try not to jump away. dont tele away when a oponnent is close try to poke him with back mk into Yoga fire en lk ,down back lk into yoga fire … ,
en dont slide to much but when you slide try do connect it with yoga flame
you need to work on
-close range
-zone
both needs time
but overall youre a great sim player :d:wgrin:

especially in the rog match learn the distances of rogs dash punch’s
member if he normal punches you can normal him from start/max range and if he ex’s you can throw him out on reaction
also that rog can ultra on ALOT of those jump back tele’s that you were doin alot, careful

Though I do think you’re a bit teleport happy. Unnecessary teleports can put Dhalsim in really shitty spots!
Thanks everyone for your posts…i agree i am teleport happy.!!!haha…but if your openent doesnt do anything about it,like ultra or second jump in…u can do it everytime…about zoning him its a bit risky because he can ex through everything and punish or pressure…i have a good zone game but i dont use it against him…i prefer jump because i think i can teleport on reaction behind him…focus is a good protection for a good sure damage if u see the dash punch coming but i always forget it…focus is good but not abusseable!about close range i trained it today…the low slide to flame its great with great recovery!i use also to fire but when the openent jump in…u lose a big piece of priceless life…i dont have any problem of combo of course like others say…a combo that i did accidentally today was…focus release to dash,d/b fp,b mk,lp flame on midscreen!!!i did that on gouken i think…i am a gamer that tries to be the best…i did that on tekken and i’m going to do that also at street fighter(at greece first :-?) even that i didnt played any of the older sf…

zone him correctly and he definitely wont be able to EX through “everything” as you put it. balrog is at a guessing game with the EX punches and if you manage to bait them you can often punish them and the EX threat will be temporarily gone.
jumping a lot is definitely riskier than zoning correctly.
use fireball in ranges where it’s safe and that won’t be a threat.
Throw ex rush punches on reaction. There’s a range where you should not be throwing yoga fires, since if you do and he has charge, he’ll do ex rush on reaction to it and get in for free. If you didn’t have anything out there and he did ex rush, you could have thrown him, supered him, or instant air teleported behind him into a combo for free.

anyone have any vids of teruchika’s dhalsim… he is incredibly agressive with him and even seems to pressure up close.

any of the ex rushes, and the normal overhead rush.
once you figure that out its a guessing game of you putting out lmibs and rog guessing when to ex rush.
just go into training mode, and when rog has meter learn whatdistances you can press what limbs and if rog ex’s what limbs you can throw out and still block on time
