I think it would be cool but not his style. Maybe a grab that pushes people back or one that crumples, since it seems people are getting specials that crumple.

dalshinm is ok already, he is very strong against shoto but suffer against abel or rufus.

the only thing that piss me of is that Is AA are too good and too simple.

it should be a little bit less strong. alos is lp fireball is too slow it should be a little bit faster lp fireball is so slow that it create a complete wall with his hability to AA from all distance .

dalsim is ok, don t nerf him, don t make him stronger too because with very small chaneg he could become top tier easely like in many old SF.

a middle tier dalshim is better than a top tier for this game, if he become top tier it s gona be a defensive game festival.

I opted not to read all 125 previous posts, but I’ll just throw in that I think his best fixes would be:

-ANY ACCEPTABLE wake-up… seriously, what does he have besides his super, which is only marginal, and IF you have your EX meter full?
-Teleport out of the corner… going back to my first suggestion… if you get trapped in the corner w/a strong Rufus, Boxer, Ryu, etc etc it’s very tough to get out of.
-quicker frame rates for his c.fk slide, up-flame, and back/forward dash (which HAS to be the slowest in the game)

I’m sure all of these complaints/suggestions have been made, I just wanted to jump in and say my piece real quick, as I’m trying to get better with Sim. Happy Halloween, SRK.

Sim’s slide needs improvement big time.

either knock down or faster frames after hit confirm. shit is not safe on block or after hit confirm.

I think Sim shouldn’t have an easy reversal, because putting him into wake-up is the only chance you have of continuing offense. The guy is brutal at keep-away and the teleport on wake-up is enough to mess with 1/4 of the cast.

Slide is dumb and needs fixing. Normals shouldn’t be negative on hit.
Also, b.mk xx EX flame should work.

IMO he needs something. He has a decent wake-up with EX upflame and I don’t think anyone would be asking for a good reversal if that was invincible at all, but it’s not. Giving him just a few frames of invul would help him out a lot without going overboard, especially since it’s harder to hit crossups with it anyway.

Yoga Tower needs to dodge everything

The reason the slide is negative on hit is completely intentional on the developer’s part. You arent supposed to spam the slide from close up. Its that simple. If you do it from far away you won’t get a disadvantage. Its like saying Dictator’s slide is way too unsafe on block when I do it from point blank.

Why is it that every character without a good wakeup attack has people asking for one? How about you Dhalsim players just get used to blocking on wakeup. Youve had to block on wakeup since ST. Just block.

His drills should actualy drill through his opponent and get blood everywhere, then a voice says FATALTY!

I honestly think with a new ultra, and throws now being harder to get, sim’s gonna move up without any real changes. The only thing I’d really like would be a faster forward dash. Does it really need to be retarded slow and 90% useless? Having yoga fire be safe on block would be nice, but on the other hand I do think it should be risky fireballing someone up close. It’s not safe for other characters, so I dunno why it should be safe for sim.

Capcom’s changing the window on teching throws? I haven’t really been paying much attention to changes in SSF4 could you please explain how they are changing throws.

I didn’t see anyone say his yoga fire should be safe on block. They were saying his yoga flame should be safe on block.

Ono hinted towards making throws harder to land, but hopefully he comes to his senses. Throws are already almost impossible to land what with option select/crouch teching…

Damn, that doesn’t sound good for Dhalsim. He needs to land a throw to do his ultra set up.

uhm, I’d rather say it’s good for sim since it will make it harder to land damage on him when up close. he has loads of other ways to set up ultra anyway.

I agree with everything Sabin said. They should make Dhalsim drills safe again, more health + 20 would be more realistic. Also we all know Dhalsim is hard to play with, so why make his combos hard as well ? Example IAT Hard punch, med kick, Yoga flame why do u have to do a half circle on the medium Flame why not make it like a backward haduken that would give Dhalsim players the edge so they dont mes up there combos. Do u all agree with me? Also Dhalsim should have a better stun value as Sabin said 1 combo will stun him ( Chun Lee) comes to mind.

I know Dhalsim will have a new ultra… His old ultra was not bad i say keep it make it do more damage…
