He just has Yoga Flame, but he has a lot of AA options, including a Yoga Fire that can AA to make up for now Yoga Blast

Sick matches, what type of strength gale do you do after the instant air teleport? And what strength after that in the 3rd video?

Most definitely. SimSim shows that. That IAT gale into IAG put a huge grin on my face. I didn’t know that was possible.

Does anybody else think that IAT is harder to execute? I got my PS4 hitbox the other day and I swear IAT has to be more precise in SFV. Not only that, super motions are weird. In IV I always comboed into super by pressind d,f,d,f. That doesn’t work in V so I’ve gone back to a sliding method. Another small peeve is drills only work when you press down. They won’t come out if you press down and forward.

I noticed this too. I’m not sure, but I don’t think it is that the input requirements that are stricter, but it seemed like maybe the window for executing the IAT is smaller

Where are the weak points in blocked teleport strings? Is j.hp into b+mk a true string? Is b+mk cancelled into the yoga flame? What’s the best way to respond to Dhalsim pressure? Asking as a Ryu player.

I was getting it down about 70 percent of the time, but like 30 percent of the time it would screw up where I wouldn’t get high enough in the air and j.HP wouldn’t activate in time before landing. Which got me bopped sometimes.

Best I was able to do was a 15 streak. I had a rough time with Laura and Bison.

Definitely learned a few things from Simsim there! I somehow didn’t realize counter hit jabs linked into back forward. That’s kinda awesome.

I just realized that teleport is pretty much a reversal on wake up. You can mash teleport on wake up and pretty much get out of pressure. No way to meaty it I found. People found this useful?

What? How? No hurtbox during startup frames? :0

Does wakeup teleport send you far enough away to not get punished on your recovery afterwards? You could wakeup teleport in SF4 too but would end up getting punished 90% of the time. If his teleport has less recovery in 5 though that could be more of a viable option.
