Half circle and both punch buttons is the 22 hit yoga flame move…can someone tell me what is the other move when both kick buttons are pressed. He just glows for a second…floats…then lands right back on the ground. Thx…the beginner.
Yoga Strike. If you jump at Dhalsim without attacking, he grabs you and does a special air throw. It sucks. It’s only good for one-frame DHCs (low fierce, yoga strike then quickly DHC to something like Proton Cannon SPECIAL)
Thx…
Thx for the help…i always wondered what the move was.
If you want to make that move 97% unblockable, then you can simply go s.lp, s.lp, Yoga Strike.
After the first two hits, wait a half a second then do the yoga strike. Most people do pay attention after the second hit because they think your Dhalsim will chase them for the continuation of your air combo. And on top of that, they cant block grabs… Yeah it’s lame, but the shit works!
That’s the worst setup ever… they’re too high, and can recover and easily mash a hit before he catches them. If you wanna combo it in, practice… no offense, but that’s old and easily escapable. That’s pretty much like going into a Magneto thread nowdays and saying that magic series is a buff combo, or recomending corener mindgames instead of GB that combos on hit or breaks on block…
launch, / , hp, airdash d/f, late lk, \ /, qcf+kk
Also, if you get to the corner when they’re on the way down or dropping in, hcb+hk for three hits and watch… it’s on option select. If they are getting hit, qcf+pp, if they block, qcf+kk… block stun lasts too long and there isn’t time to mash.
Basically, to pretty much guaranteed the strike you need to be already pushing against them by the time they recover. If there is space between you when they recover, they can usually hit you out of the strike pretty easily, even if just by mashing. The throw can’t happen during hit or block stun, but if he is pushing against them on their recovery, they’re thrown on the first frame (before anything comes out). Though, I’ve heard of doom super (0 frame start) beating it out on perfectly timed, rare occasions. Simple launch then strike… they recover too high and can hit Sim out too easily.
