Anyways dex has been fucking up since he got engaged. He trusted the wrong people.
I never thought I would say this, but I actually want LaGuerta and Mr. Unhappily Ever After to find out about Dex.
As irrational and centralizing as Dex’s belief in the *Dark Passenger *and “The Code” might have been it allowed him to protect him and his murderous tendencies from other people. Now Hannah Banana’s (cute name) dad was an absolute douchebag and needed, but his shortsightedness and anger made him rash, creating the clusterfuck we will see later.
The twist with Isaak being cool with the whole situation in the end was nice, can actually say R.I.P. even though he caused the unnecessary death of an innocent family man…

If you actually think Dexter is going to kill either of them, then you haven’t been following his character…he’d never do it.

In the preview, they are bringing back someone from his past, involved in his mother’s death…this could be a setup by Laguerta and Matthews, since they might be watching his whereabouts and if he disappears, it will be a confirmation for them that Dexter is doing it
Honestly there’s a number of possible outcomes…I have like 3-4 possibilities that are plausible. I’m thinking Matthews might find out through Dexter or some other way, but commend him for what he’s been doing and not turn him in…and not tell Laguerta (because she’d never accept it as just).
I actually want to see them fuck for some reason.
Like I said, I doubt he’d ever do Matthews. Laguerta however has enough shit on her where he’d definitely consider it, especially with all the shit she pulled on Deb. He’s also just as likely to frame her for something. Maybe put her on the hook as Doakes’ accomplice or something.
But it’s within his character to take self-preservation. He was willing to let Doakes take the chair for his shit. If he knows Laguerta has him pegged as the BHB, there’s only two things that come out of this. Either A) she dies/gets framed or B) she wins and Dex gets taken down. There’s no middle ground. No way Laguerta’s forgiving him with Doakes dead.
