I was so hoping a bus would spin out of control killing batista and laguerta right then and there. Possibly the same bus driver that hit the other dude, and happens to be related to the guy that killed dudes wife. Useless ass characters and storyline.
Aside from that, whoah, Lithgow deserves an Emmy or something. Dude is beastly.
Wow, great episode. Didn’t see the ending coming either. Raises so many more questions. John Lithgow is just plain creepy the whole entire ep. Even when he’s happy. There are so many levels to his character. Again, ending was crazy.
I really like how the son kept himself from screaming when he got his finger broken by Arthur. Really nice touch – sells “Crazy Dad” right away.

The creepy part is that you can see the similarities sprouting with his younger daughter too. (Talk about an uncomfortable scene.)
Emo-Masuka was a surprise, I hope he warns Dex.
Dex has left too many doors open, that entire family must die in a fire or something for him to cut loose.
I don’t think I’ll be remembering John Lithgow for 3rd Rock from the Sun anymore…
God tier episode. Dexter was so fucking pissed off when he was in the car man, damn. I’m surprised you guys were right about the reporter chick, I didn’t see that coming at all. I also can’t wait to see what Arthur+his daughter are gonna plan for Dexter.
Arthur’s family must know that Dex is going to end up killing him. I wonder what they’ll do?
Holy shit what an episode! Good call on the reporter everyone, and goddamn John Lithgow needs to be in more things. The finger scene was fucking intense.
Also, I died when I noticed Masuka giving Rita and the neighbor the evil eye at the dinner table.
I’m pretty sure if Dex kills Trinity the family won’t mind, especially the kids.
WOW! This was what i have been waiting 4! That episode alone was better than last season alone! Lithgo is just fuckin genius. Dex just goes 2 berserker mode and takes belt off man handles arthur and lets him see his demon! ahhhhh just 3 more episode left…come on showtime!

So I’ve been avoiding this thread because I hadn’t seen the new ep til just now. WOW just wow, that’s all I gotta say. The last 10-15 minutes are amazing.
I also loved Dex threatening the turkey.
You think so, but if you watch how they reacted when Dex threatened him, they were scared as hell. Not just for their sake but that their dad was going to die. As psychotic as he is, I think they would care a lot.

i’m left wondering now, why would the reporter/trinity’s daughter, be trying to report what he did. i can’t believe there’s 3 more episodes left. I mean the previews make it seem impossible for there to be actually more than 2 left.
I have a feeling this seasons story won’t be wrapped up in the next 3 epsiodes and will continue into the next season. 3 episodes just doesn’t seem like enough.
It was strange to see dexter lose composure in front of the family. He really turned it on though it was awesome hahaha.
Im not buying the Reporter daughter thing I hope they smooth it out in some way in the next episodes.
Damn, this show just gets better and better. I can’t believe people say that there aren’t any good TV shows anymore.
