When I first saw the images of ahem… ’ Dante ’ I was like WTF!? Images alone were enough and I only just watched the trailer right now ( thankfully I didn’t puke. )
WTF CAPCOM!? Seriously, what is with this gay hipster mangina BS!? The real Dante doesn’t exactly look masculine either imo but at least the design was still cool! This isn’t. This a bastardisation and and regardless of gameplay, its going to flop due to extremely poor choice of art direction! This is as a bad an idea as the Bomberman: Act Zero character designs! :tdown:

Yeah, that’s the real reason I and many other people are pissed. The wannabe punk Dante is just the icing on the failure cake compared to the fact that Ninja Theory is handling this. Heavenly Sword was trash, and Enslaved seems to be exactly the same kind of slow, unresponsive trash where it counts the most in a DMC game: Combat.

Uh…good character design (yes he looks like Dante but there’s a reason for that), awesome weapons, great fighting style and fun new gameplay additions (Exceed system and Devil Bringer)?
Better question is why you don’t find him appealing. You don’t have to like him more than Dante or anything, but the dude was cool.
