On the capcom live stream tomorrow (11am PST) they’re going to have the producers of the game on and you can ask them questions about it.
Y’know, for some reason, I don’t hate this trailer. The gameplay looks DMC-ish enough for me, and the music is actually kinda bangin’. I’ll see what Ninja Theory is trying for here.

THey made DMC2? I swore the game got canceled and they went straight to 3. Like with the dmc annaversary collection. They only gave me 2 games. DMC and DMC3:Dante’s Awakening. There was no DMC2, what are you talking about.

As a person who has played all 4 games in the franchise…
Just Fuck You Capcom…seriously take the most badass character, that OOOZES CONFIDENCE, and turn him into… a twilight character?
You seriously know how to kick your fanbase in the balls don’t you? I mean come on, first off I can understand try to cater to a new crowd, but this…this is just fuckin stupid. It has no similarity besides the name. Even DMC 2 Dante came off as DANTE compared to this fuck. First off it’s not even the fact he doesn’t have his silver hair… it really isn’t, I could understand that he never really had powers to begin with and he just unlocked them as he went along as he was finding about his lineage which changed his hair color due to unlocking a part of his latent powers But what Dante was at his core is an extremely confident character that knew what he was doing the entire time. This guy looks like he broke up with his girlfriend, cut himself, did 20 lines of coke, and then happened to start a band with him as a lead singer talking about relationship problems and how his life per say is so hard. Even if this is a reboot of the franchise, this is a far cry from the Original Dante we knew.
Have to give it some credit for the gameplay it actually looks pretty decent… I am not really counting this game out just yet on a gameplay standpoint. But everything else fuck it, it would be an insult to the game franchise

I mean, i thought the trailer was decent. You niggas just mad he lost his seshomaru swag and got that new rugged twilight look. Accept the new Dante and stop crying. Its funny bc irl most people would think the old Dante is the homo instead of the new one.
