It took a long time, but it’s all uploaded. I just completed an index of the matches in reverse order by game. I thought I’d share it with you all.

YouTube links are direct to 540p HD stream regardless of account’s preset quality.
Veoh links are direct to 720p HDTV Veoh WebPlayer download. If you do not have the Veoh Web Player, you will need to download the Veoh Compass installer. There is no need to install the Veoh Compass, just the Veoh WebPlayer which is contained within.

I know the WebPlayer download kinda sucks, but it’s the only service I can find that will give you the same exact file Sony Vegas spits out. The only other option really is torrents. If you don’t want to deal with that YouTube will give you quality parallel to GameTrailers, GameSpot, or IGN.

But if you’re like me and don’t consider 540p at 500kbps HD, the Veoh Download will give you the closes thing you’ll probably ever have to having John Choi and Justin Wong playing on your couch.

The tekken 6 cabinet displays in 16:10 1280x768. Unfortunately my capture card can only capture 1280x720 or 1920x1080; I know, it’s gay.

Fear not as that you all know I was able to downscale it and toss the feed to Scoots for the live stream. Scoots recently shipped Wheat the hard drive of everything recorded in SD. This not only includes Tekken, but also 3s, MvC2, TvC, and everything else I’m forgetting. I hope to start seeing these pop up on Wheat’s YouTube channel any day now.

If their not up by QuakeCon (4 Weeks) I’ll ask Wheat for a copy and help him hack them out.

Kinda disappointed in the KoF that got captured =( I know there were much better matches that occured, but it seems like only the matches of people figuring out moves got captured T_T

Thank you very much for all your efforts! It is a great collection. Based on your initial post, it seems that torrents were an option. Any chance that that is still viable? Or are you waiting until you have the whole set (Tekkens, MvC’s, etc.)?

Torrents are something that I’m considering. Optimally I’d like to get an eSports tracker of sorts going to where several involved people can subscribe to and we can all share and seed each other’s feeds. As it is right now if I were to make a torrent it would be really impossible for me to guarantee a successful seed. I’m working with QuadV at QCon in a month so this is something that I actually think we can pull together. As it is right now the best option for the best quality is to download the Veoh Compass, install the WebPlayer, and download through that.

I’m actually having a bit of trouble downloading through Veoh Compass. It starts to download the video, and then eventually it will time out and and complain it is busy. No matter how many times it restarts, it will never continue again. I essentially have to kill the download and start from the beginning, and then the same thing happens again :sad:

What videos specifically? Also you don’t need the Veoh Compass, just the WebPlayer which is in the Compass installer. The Compass is a piece of shit IMO, really don’t like how Veoh give you the run around to try to get to you install it, but they are the only service I know of which you can download 2GB video files in one piece. :confused:

I see Veoh “Fixed” my shortcut links. You use to be able to use the external links I have posted above and if you had the Veoh WebPlayer it would just start downloading. In order to get to the download link you’ll have to click on the video thunbnail at the top of the page to go to the actual video page, then click on the download video link just below the embed video on that page to begin the download. It will take a LONG time to download. The Veoh WebPlayer is a torrent program in itself so if several people have the video, you’ll be able to download it faster. My computer is in pieces on my living room floor right now so it’s not actively serving the videos so the only server is Veoh itself.

Oh ok, I see how it works. So I guess the Veoh servers are a piece of shit. I will keep on trying though. That was exactly what I was doing btw, clicking on the thumbnail and then clicking the “Download” button.
