cool cool. i just would like to get some type of idea and not something like people talking to me week of tourney if the house is still available. and mini tourney is no problem. ill bring my tv. just need to get people to tell me if they are interested.
We are expecting players in the hundreds, probably a decent double. We have hit a hundred players the last two years which is why we rented out such a huge place this go-around. I wish peeps actually would pre-register so that we might get a more accurate count but the masses always, always wait until day-of to do so.
I know that we will have a better trun out if players like you and the Vegas guys commit to coming - competition always drives the rosters. I am sure you have felt that at other events.
I would love to have you guys - hell - it is whay we throw this stuff - to get the players together :tup:

No ST? I would consider driving/flying for out-of-town ST. There’s a lot more suspense playing new people than the same old clique every week.

Sup man, I want to go but “the shit” keeps piling up, between switching jobs, the baby and moving i dont know how much time i would have to try and go. It just came at a bad time is all. I would love to get down in some st like a mutha though… maybe. IF i can squeeze the tourny in, i will. I would go with Big D if he decided to go then.
we DO have ST… we are, apparently, switching out the Anniversary Edition for a Street Fighter II Turbo straight up version… but we have ST either way.

One Month Out
Heya folks - here we are a month out from the tourney.
This is shaping up to be the event we have been hoping for. Speaking of shaping up… we are almost ready to post up and announce a list of the sponsors and supporters for this year and let me tell you it is some hot stuff.
Yea, we have some awesome peeps that will be hosting up booths for you to check out this go around… video games, comic books, paintball, roller derby girls… you know all the usual stuff and more
