Like I said on the last page, I don’t like PVP affecting PVE. Bungie is going to patch the Mythoclast again because of this.
They are also going to patch the Atheon fight. You wont be able to push him off anymore, and now he will teleport 3 random players instead of the 3 furthest away.
They also confirmed the next Raid is called Crota’s End. I hope we get to use that sword again.

Good Crucible night (mostly) then things got choppy for some reason. Finally good Good Advice, an exotic I wanted for some time. I have to focus on planetary resources now. Specifically Relic and Spinemetal. A lot of them. Bloom too.
Some guys make Strikes way harder than they should be. They take the absolute safest positions and chip away when we could just unload on a boss and end it quickly. And when you (somehow) die in that little crevice you thought was safe; you can take that 30secs to think about being a team player.
I can’t wait til I roll with my boys.
That random teleport by atheon tweak is a dumbass idea

To be fair I see the oposite a lot, seeing people running in all herp derp and getting surrounded and taken down, going out to rescue them and watching them do the exact same fucking thing again, only running further away from everybody else this time.
The safe spot on the Archon Priest is godlike though, sit there nailing his head continuosly and the only things that can do shit to you are the snipers and occasionally the servitor.
Had a second vog run with randoms so my irl friend could pop his cherry.
Went pretty smooth, but some of them were not very patient. Expecting us to know their roles when they randomly died trying to melee supplicants or when the relic holder couldnt kill the hobgoblins when we got ported to the sand side vs Aetheon

Got the shotgun, epilouge, shards, energy and shader again. My boy got the raid boots
Since I mainly only sparing play on weekends, I just hit lvl15 w/ my Hunter. Going the ArcBlade route.
Getting the hang of the PVP, but I have the feeling a lot of my troubles have come from playing Hunter with just Golden Gun. It definitely racks up the kills in situations, but in my experience, Titans and Warlocks seem to have better options. I’ve heard great things about ArcBlade though - we’ll see.

The raid makes it crucial at some points where you can’t just run and gun. you can get away with it every once in a while and get a boss off his feet but yeah rushing in and dying is so stupid

Has anyone else gotten completely bored of this game?
I’ve beaten all the missions and I’ve beaten VoG 3 times (not on hard though) and since they keep nerfing the Vex gun there’s no reason to try to make it through VoG on hard. The only thing I have left to do is reach level 30 (I’m 28) and when I reach that what’s left? PvP is fun, but the lack of gamemodes and little variety in maps means that it starts to get boring after like an hour.
My usual day on Destiny now consists of trying to collect resources, completing bounties, or playing PvP and/or the Daily/Weekly events. I just get the feeling of wanting more at this point even though I know we won’t get more for 2 1/2 months.
Having people die every 20 seconds because they can’t be patient and prefer to “unload” on enemies is stupid you should know how to keep it safe or keep dying.
I assure you my style does NOT mean I’m impatient or sloppy. I don’t know if you seen my few PvE vids but I can best describe it has Jackie Chan with a Gun. You can get in (some) enemies faces and not only live, but end it fast. I don’t ‘keep dying’.
Believe me I played with tons of players, and when we play with mics or as a fireteam when I say “play safe” it’s because I mean it. On Vanguard Strikes, do whatever the hell you want, but on Raid, Nightfall or Heroic do it safe.
In another note, The Last Word is full auto, I just realize, I was blowing up people with that weapon. Sunsinger + Last Word = Flying bullshit.
Of course play it safe on harder difficulty. But on a Tiger level Strike? Stomp dat shit.

What a way to waste my time doing the raid on hard to get that goddamn legendary sparrow 
LOL. I know that I was one of the guys that took up a safe position and zone. That’s one of the reasons that the Ice Breaker is my main. Still, trial and error has kinda helped me to learn when I should swarm in for the kill. If I see the pack going in, I switch weapons and follow suit. One of the best weapons in the game is…
…The mic. FFS, why would anyone WANT to play without the mic is beyond me. Sure there will be some annoying pricks on every so often, but shit happens. So does “friendly Fire”.

Mic chatter in the last two years compared to 06-11 is night and day. I guess after so many broken mics people just learned to not buy a new one.

Weird some of you aren’t getting Legendaries from the Cryptarch…I got 5 today, 1 for each character levelling up and 2 as blue engram decodes. D:
I decoded 9 blue engrams after completing all the vanguard bounties on my Hunter and got 9 motes of light in one shot. D:
I’ve only done 1 raid and got screwed when the mission end timer hung at zero
Aside from that, i think this game likes me or something.
