ofcourse im telling the truth I don’t waste time lying to cover up, if I made a mistake I admit to it. there’s something about the ps3 I don’t like. something about the balance seemed off to me so if I feel like I need to complain about my experience then thats fine. it sounded rage induced because the dude insulted first, can’t act cocky and then get upset at the reaction, fucking bullshit
you keep saying 2 pixels as if its a solitary two pixels in the whole game. I MENTIONED the two pixels as ONE proof (you have none) that there is a difference, however small, between both games that pissed me off.
this game is fucking bare bones as hell, has only been out a week, is probably going through ALL KINDS of balance changes, has even been said by the developers that its a completely different game after 20hrs. so what the fuck are you talking about?
you just see me raging and are convinced im therefore wrong, well sorry for being agressive with my replies im not even angry at you or anyone, annoyed at that other guy, but the rage came from the ps3 version of destiny. you can defend the 7/10 over funded incomplete game as much as you feel dumb enough to commit to but at the end of the day, Destiny 6 days in on the ps3 was fucking annoying
so what if each of my replies came with a right hook, I attacked a game, he attacked me for destiny so I gave him some of it back
This argument is stupid borderlands is a casual loot fest, diablo is a loot hunt and destiny is a half mmo half shooter hybrid. Jesus what would have happen if this was a serious mmo. I really hope bungie doesnt change the game up much, the game has been out for a week and everyone is bitching that they dont have full exotics. You beat the story if your some casual you can fuck off now to the next easy game
So, when watching the guys raid yesterday, this guy had a sniper rifle that regened ammo even when he wasn’t using it. Not sure if it regened over time or when he got kills with his primary? But it basically meant he could do 12k crits against the boss pretty much whenever he wanted
If that was the streamerhouse stream, that rifle has a constant (slow) regen. I’d say it’s about 1 bullet every 6 seconds or so by my estimation (I didn’t see the stats). From what I could tell, the only requirement was having the gun equipped (not even active) for it to regen ammo. While they were in the portal fighting oracles, he was using his auto-rifle, and his sniper rifle was regenerating bullets for him.
It was a really cool setup for a fight like that, since you come out of the portal buffed with new sniper bullets to load into the boss for extra damage.
weird when you agree with DSP, called it long ago when the first gameplay dropped that plays like Halo. Everyone here seems to be in agreement it’s a grinder. I’m not surprised about it actually considering this is Activi$ion, anyone that has played CoD will tell you how much of a grind it is to prestige and rank up your weapons, just to get an emblem next to your gamertag and a new skin for your gun.
I expect the DLC to be equally overpriced.
10 years is a long time though, the game could change a lot between now and 2024.
I saw a gun that, when leveled, does bonus damage to the oracles in that vault of glass fight… which to me seems silly, a gun from the raid that makes the raid easier. I guess its to help farm it though, but still lol
edit: Actually come to think of it, it will help for the hard difficulty run they will probably do
Yeah definitely useful for the hardcore version of the raids for sure. Very situational though, unless oracles are featured in further dungeons? (I’m hoping not the exact same mechanics if they are).
I really liked what I saw of Vault of Glass. I’m finally getting my copy this week (PS4) so hopefully I’ll be running it soon myself.
Has anyone even finished hard mode for Vault of Glass? Also is Vault of Glass available forever or what? I wont be getting this game for a while so hopefully I don’t miss out on a raid
Also, $10 next expansion pack gives you x amount of level ups
Eh, I wouldn’t say it was imbalanced. It had its issues but most things in that game I thought were ok if you knew what to do.
Gnasher vs Sawed off is definitely on the Gnasher side. If you know who has sawed off and who doesn’t (It’s not that hard to label who has what weapons after 1st round of execution) you can royally fuck them up with your gnasher since the sawed off is super restrictive when it comes to the range.
Retro I will say it’s bullshit but there are ways to counter act retro lancer players. Wall bounce (recoil is way too high for most of those players to keep track of you if you’re good with wall bouncing), throw smoke to stun, Snub/HB them from range then when they are weak run in closer, etc.
Gnasher, Lancer, HB and the rest of the weapons were completely with with me.
Of course if you don’t like shooters you should probably just stop buying them altogether.
Ummm, that was literally the only issue Bungie brought up. And common sense. The differences in the game are going to be shit like draw distances, for the most, and detail of characters (obvious, I know). There isn’t going to be frame differences. Two pixels literally means somebodies face has less details on it. And your dumbass is acting as if the different games for different consoles are made by different companies, or some shit.
So you thought buying a game for an inferior last gen system, would warrant you EXACTLY the same experience?
Even more stupid, you seem to think that the PS4 or XB1 versions of the game have different advantages over their lesser consoles predecessors. And even stupider, you are basing this logic off the fact your dumbass misread a quote from Bungie itself. And you don’t understand how games work.
each of your replies came with a right hook, to your own nutsack. Go take a few days off to learn to read, junior.
