lol yeah it kinda reminded me of vog with the relic smash… Just finished off the Ghorn mission got 2 variants: iron and normal. Was going about it all the wrong way… stupid solar titan took a big L… The defender titan came to the rescue with armor of light, badjuju and good old immobius… easy peasy.
It was kinda obvious from the intro cutscene.

What do you guys think of the exotic Kovostov so far (PvP & PvE)? I like to use mine with Burst, Counterbalance & 900Rpm. . . .

It is great for PvP, i use mine full auto, full stability, 900rpm.
For PvE doesn’t seem to be that great when you consider that you are giving up an exotic slot for what in the end handles as legenday with not so amazing perks, don’t get m wrong, the gun is solid, and it can be customized to certain combinations that don’t really fall on the weapon archetypes that it emulates, but at the end of the day for PvE there are legendaries that can work as well as the Khovostov, and with some really nasty perks i may add.
Very underwhelming. Bad for PvP, ok for pve. They need to tweak the damage numbers for each firing mode for it to be effective in PvP.
saw a guy running with the Kov today in my fireteam. don’t know who said it’s no good in PVE, but I think you might want to think again. if one of you rocks a scout and the other keeps spraying with the kovostov, things get rather easy against anyone who doesn’t have stage boss in their title. Gonna have to check it asap and see what’s what.

After running The Kov into the Supremacy gauntlet, it’s pretty fucking solid, but would still use gun like Bad Juju for PvE.

The gun is solid, BUT, you are giving up an Exotic slot for a gun that at the end of the day for what it does any other Legendary with good perks can do the same.

I still want it. I’ve heard a few others saying exactly what you said. It was so nice having pretty much everything leveled to one-shot territory just by having a guy wave the kov across the field, then stepping out to finish the job. I was greatly impressed with it from that, but of course, another gun could do it.
btw, my newest guilty pleasure is turning shanks to the darkside. 
Btw, has anyone tried turning the boss? I’ve tried a few times against that priest, but no luck.

That Titan chest Xur was selling this weekend is pretty dope. Basically turns your character into a Halo 5 Spartan.
whats the best way to get exotic shards? Theres a few pieces i want to lvl up since the light max has increasd.
Pretty much lvl a Exotic heavy opening up all the perks then dismantle and get 2 shards out of the deal. Don’t buy any of the perks just slap on a increase heavy upgrade armor gear and go to town with motes of light.
