I’m on the fence about getting Destiny now… Gonna give it a couple more days before I make the decision.

I played the beta and I really enjoyed it. It’s a good game…that, I know. I’m just skeptical about the repetitiveness, and the lack of cross-platform multiplayer sucks. I don’t want to spend the money and get bored quickly, especially when there are games coming out soon that are guaranteed to drain my time.
My class doesn’t end until 6:40. So I’ll be on about 7:30 most likely accounting for drive time and shit. I played a little before my first class earlier and i’m like one kill away from Level11. So that’s leeway of like 3 or 4 levels for you before I get back.
I’m very curious what happens to this game at 20 though. The developers and everything ingame points to this game getting ridiculous at that point. All the shaders and good cloaks and armor are locked there. I want this one Hunter Cloak from the Speaker and it said I need 20 motes of flight. Looked up what those were. It’s a currency that can be found if you continue to play after Level 20. Why are they so intent on locking shit to that? I’m currently intrigued by this.
The app lets you do all of that too. I can even switch out gear I have sitting in my vault and put it on my Warlock all from my phone. It’s insane. Bungie is always on point with this kind of stuff, though. The stat pages for their Halo games were filled with depth to an incredibly impressive and detailed extent. Looks like Destiny is following suit.
I even have full access to the clans I’m following as well as all their features. I can check my bounties, I can change my equipped skills, I can even configure the upgrade paths for my weapons…shits crazy.

Clans need at least 4 people who accept it before it counts, so make sure you all join it and set it as your clan so we can start earning rewards!

Also, apparently there is a class of gear even higher than Legendary called “Exotic”. Have yet to even see something that rare.
i’ve been watching streams. the game is designed so that you can level to 20 relatively quickly, and then the game “truly begins there” according to many streamers
Yeah, it’s like FFXII. The point of the main game is to prepare you for the real/end game.
Do we even have four XB1 users to make a clan there?
And yeah, Ogres are easy, but are rarely alone.
I was getting a Minotaur, Wizard, and 4-5 Knights, killing them, then another group like that shows up, with an ogre. Got two of those parties with two ogres during the one mission.
The good thing is that i will have all the other week to play Destiny since i will be in pay leave because i am removing my last wisdom tooth :tup:

People need to make SRKGD their default clan, not just join the group
i did that through that website posted earlier (http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/135220). Set myself as Xbox Clan, was that correct?
Or do I gotta do it in game or something?
We need 3 more besides me and Furrycurry for the clan features to start working for both the psn clan, and the xbox live clan

What lvl do you have to be to join the clan?
There’s no level requirement, to my knowledge.
