Is the Clan Page better for matchmaking, or is this thread my best bet?
You can play without the DLC, but youāll be locked out of certain strikes and endgame content.
DestinyLFG.com is probably your best bet. Itās rare Iām able to coordinate to play with SRK guys.
Went 9-0 on my 1st ToO run last night, got to lvl 34 with the etherics it dropped along with the ToO hand cannon.
We got extremely lucky, all of us were 33 and only faced lvl 33/32/31 with maybe 1 or 2 34ās on a couple of the teams. protip, use thorn.
Also finished POE 28/32 but couldnt beat 35. Skolas is just too hardā¦going to give it another go tonight.

Ok finally gotta level up my Thorn. Seems ToO is how everyone is getting their etherics.
So last night I experienced for the first time the wasteland that is open party fire team in the reef. I dislike the no matchmaking on things like nightfall, later levels of PoE and others. Having nobody on my friends list playing last night, I really wanted to jump into lvl 32 PoE since I just leveled. Went to the reef, sought out some similar leveled guys joined an open fireteam.
These motherfuckers were running around the reef doing all sorts of dumbfuckery, on mic with constant memespeak, one guy saying fucking scrubs like it was his trademark and he was trying to get famous, and basically doing anything other than playing the game. There was talk at one point of running vault of glass on hard to get a ātryhard weapon called the mythoclastā which interested me since I havenāt run VoG, but that quickly degraded into running around in circles and having dance parties on top of a tent all the while shouting U wot m8 over and over and over. I seriously waited and tried to get them to do something for like 35 minutes to no avail.
That said Iāll be reaching out to you guys to do some party stuff in the future. Iām free today pretty much whenever if anyone wants to run stuff.

Just jumped back into this crazy game and completely lost on what i should do Light lvl 22. So any suggestions would be great! Iāll try to jump on more and maybe run some strikes or something to lvl up.

decided to hop back on destiny. i cannot stand this pvp, i actually have to fucking stand and wait next to special ammo when its about to spawn so i can use my found verdict more. there is nothing but thorns and hawkmoons everywhereā¦the heavy ammo change was great tho, except if one team gets both now you are totally fucked with no way to swing it back. im sure many people are happy shotguns and shit got nerfed, but now its just a snipe fest and thorn/moon festā¦thats boring as hell. i like running up on a fool and popping one in their shit, i can still do that of course, but now i have to slow my pace for special ammo.
I believe that Etheric light is a guaranteed drop for level 34 and 35 PoE once a week. Trials of Osiris Silver and Gold tier packages also contain them. The chest at the light house for going 9-0 also gives etheric light. You actually get more from doing pvp than pve.
They needed to tweak top tier primaries in order to balance the fact that secondaries are no longer king. hawkmoon is always a dumb gun. 3 lucky bullets my ass i dont think ive even not been two shot by a hawkmoonā¦ Anyways im gladly not playing destiny anymorei jumped on to check out the new dlc and got annoyed after all the missions are all in previous zonesā¦ Thanks for charging me 20$ so i could go through the first mission lf destiny backwards i appreciate that. And ooo a new hub worldā¦ Ok noone asked for that, we asked for stuff to do in the reef not a place in the reef to sit around and dance. Would it be so hard to create new missions innew areas even if in the same planet? Well i wont say i didnt gety moneys worth from destiny overall, i played a good amount did all the raids(snorefest) and the pvp was fairly fun for a while but the game just puts me to sleep now and its so boring and tedious to log in. Time to tackle my backlog.

Yea, I wouldnāt mind if they one hit KOād at point blank. Bug I have instances where Iām a good bit away and still get one shotted. The mythoclast is another where Iām like wtf just happened. I want one so bad.
The need to have a mode where secondaries are not used or do little to no damage.
