If while your in denjin mode and ryu becomes an assist does his tatsu have more priority?

Hado Kakusei gives Ryu a speed boost which does carry over to his assists. The effect is slight though, startup goes from 27 frames to 25 frames.
I’m still messing around with this to see if it’s really worth burning the meter for.
