Did you make sure to copy the files from the netplay download so they’re both in the main folder and in the plugins folder as said in the first post of this thread? It should bring up a small window which you only need to worry about toggling netcode on in.

Has anyone put up an IRC channel for Demul matchmaking. We should get one going, sort of like how there used to be #SRKKaillera on EFNet for NFBA matchmaking.
I second BitKid’s idea, get it up and running on IRC with a room for each major game, CvS2, GGXXAC, MvC2, Akatsuki, MB:AC C? etc.

Is it practical to randomly jump on and play someone in the waiting games list of kaillera p2p? I haven’t seen 1 person hosting yet but I’m not sure if it’s working correctly for me because the top always reads downloading list. I tried hosting but didn’t have the patience to sit and wait.
Also how do I get the kaillera game list to detect my roms? If I try to host the game the game list only has dummy in it.
the waiting list is broken. the best way to find games is to go into kaillera servers and see if anyone is hosting, then ask if they want to play p2p. But i doubt you’d find many people waiting for games that way either.

What are the chances of this showing up on ggpo? I know it only runs a final burn emulator but this can be added right?
what difference would ggpo make? demul is peer to peer so shouldnt it pretty much work the same way?
