Those red eye knights are ridiculous. I started a new character and I decided to try my luck against one of those knights in 1-1. I didn’t expect him to chase me as far as he did. I even went back down the stairs where the ball trap was and he even chased me down there, too!
this game is the best next gen game because it’s a an actual real game, too bad they chose to not make it easier to set up a group of friends to play, then again it would take away from the point of the game and its story

There’s no official date for Project Dark yet, but I’m guessing it’ll be out Q4 2011.
Yeah, you can abuse that, too, by making them fall off stairs, etc. That’s the easiest way to kill the first red eyes with a fresh character, unless you are good at parrying. You can just riposte them to death, but you have to watch closely for the heal.
Hopefully we’ll hear more on Project Dark soon… but probably not for awhile. Ah well. I already know it’s a first day buy for me.
I made a Royal, so I was checking to see if I could kill the knight with Soul Arrow. It did little damage, but I think that was because he blocked it.
Yeah, he blocked it. After about 3-4, you’ll break his guard with it.
I thought the world tendencies were supposed to be pure black until Halloween? There is no executioner Miralda in world 1 in my game.
Started back playing this game again. I have a sweet build. Its a str build with a plus 5 dragon bone smasher with curse weapon spell. Soul level 113. I usually kill people in 2 or 3 hits. lol
I’m starting my new game plus with my wanderer. Hit me up for some co-op.
Fallout New Vegas has beem crack so I haven’t even gotten far in DS but I plan on getting started again with a Wanderer.

I need to get pure bladestone, sad thing is I’ve killed that black shadow black skeleton some 300 odd times now and he hasn’t dropped it, WTF. Is there a way to increase the drop rate, other than sword of searching and I’m maxed on levels anyways.
Dark Souls looks amazing, I see what they meant about enthasis on exploration, the need to walk rather then run in a game was something iv been waiting for, glad theyre doing it now. and I suppose the stress that it’s not a demon souls sequal is due to people seeing this game and buying demons souls and being put off
