Knowing Dark Souls it’ll probably be broken as fuck on fast weapons.
Just finished first run of Demons Souls…didnt pay much attention to the world tendencies. Missed alot of the events 
Had planned on going dex, but that was no good. Trying to level weapons are a major pain in neutral tendencies. I have 13 luck and the sword of searching and am actively farming and I couldn’t level up any of the upgrades that far.
Fortunately I was leveling high endurance and HP first and damage wasn’t too much of an issue in campaign with mostly an 8+ falchion (even that took awhile to get.)
Well finding item drops are dependent on world tendency. You get more ore/weapon drops from Black tendency while White tendency gives you a shit load of healing items that screws up your chances of getting anything else. Don’t need to level luck.
Good luck getting your pure bladestone/sharpstone I can’t remember which, but getting a pure one is going to suck you have to have black tendency be in world 4 and kill black phantom gold skeletons. Have your item drop rate and anything that can help it max there are a few tricks to make it easier but yeah maxing out that weapon type sucks because it is dependant on that particular stone. That world, that place, that enemy, is the only one that drops it in game.
The first time I played dark souls, I went directly to the catacombs in starter pyromancer gear (and eventually beat it after a ton of trial and error) right after getting to firelink. I didn’t realize until afterwards that I was going through the game that far out of order, I thought it DkS was just supposed to be that hard lol.

You should have gone straight to New londo ruins and beat the area boss.
I had a dream that I was playing Dark Souls 2 and I kept getting invaded by phantoms continuously, they and the friendly coop phantoms just kept spawning. For some reason I just kept running away from them and there was eventually an entire army of phantoms in my game, then… the dream ended right when it was getting good =(
Does anyone else have dreams of the souls games?
I had a dream that I woke up in the middle of the night and The Eclipse happened… if that counts. Berserk. Dark souls. Same thing.
By the way, they should put the Eclipse as a event in Dark souls 2. It’d would be fucking amazing. Like night time from dragon’s dogma except more horrifying.

You should follow FS/DS on facebook or twitter. Thats how I found out about the beta and got a code and shit. FB isnt all bad you know.
Its probably all filled up by now. Its a small test, and its only like 3 hours long. I dont know if they’re doing any more after this.
Wiz was giving out the beta code over Twitter. However, it’s one single code for 90,000 people. So it’s most likely used up by now.
I was able to download the client, but when I tried to start it said I don’t have the latest version. Is the beta not available yet, but the client is? I haven’t been keeping up with just my friend called me and said go download it quick at midnight.
The actual test isnt till tomorrow. Its from 11pm pst to 2am pst.
