Huh? Chaos weapons dont involve a soul unless you mean Chaos Katana.
Just keep playing and you’ll discover a way to traverse lava safely, I promise. Gear is not that statistically important in Dark Souls, any weapon is good with a little upgrading. 
I think you need a +10,+15 or maybe even an ascended pyromancy flame in order for her to show up.
Yeah, I’ll try that. Mine is +4. But I just made it to Anor Londo so I’ll find somewhere to get a lot of souls.

I heard you need +10 or something like that. I went down with 10+ and she was there, pretty sweet. I wouldn’t doubt if it were random though.
I got that flame chunk out of the lava, but now I’m starting to regret going for it. I forged Quulaggs Furysword and got up to +4, pretty decent swings and moveset. Way better than DKS and Silver Knight Sword (SKS can still be buffed for titanite demon kills though, hits good with lighting buff). I got a shitload of souls by teaming with this one dude last night, this guy was GOOD goddamn lol. Together we must of killed like 11 invaders before I died by flank backstab, I left with about 300000 souls I think…
It takes almost 100000 souls per level up now, ouch. But, the ToD’s have calmed down. Guys just bounce off me now, I’m on mission to get the paladin armor.
Which brings to the problem: Tomb of the Giants. I killed ANOTHER vendor, this is ridiculous all of them are dead in my game. It’s not my fault I can’t see shit down here and thought he was an enemy. How do I get out here is the question…
You dont. I’ve had her come up when I didnt even have a pyro glove, and I’ve had her come when I only had mine at +3

IIRC, Quelaag’s Furysword scales with Humanity… Up to 15, I believe.
You’re a brave man. I’m on NG++ and I went to the dukes archive’s to try and get a channelers trident (I didn’t get shit cause the game hates me). I got hit by an undead crystal soldier, saw the copious amounts of health I lost, thought about artorias and kalameet, and made a new character to try and play the DLC with.

Mixed the names up. Not the Spider Queen. The only Que sister that escaped fine. The Pryomancy teacher. Got wrecked by Orn and Smough. These dudes are going down today. Might do some farming in the painted world to have the blacksmith upgrade more for me.
The difficulty of the Iron Golem encounter is directly proportional to whether you have summoned IRON FUCKING TARKUS or not

Accidentally hit the Giant Blacksmith. Sucks, I was using this guy for upgrades. At least I got my Gravelord Sword to +5. Same with the Silver Knight Shield. Ornstein and Smough are taking me out. I’m getting better though. Switched to the Eagle Shield. Super Smough is harder imo than Super Orn. I improved my equip load so I recover from rolls faster but it may not be enough. I can slay the Sentinels no problem unless it’s 2v1. Mobility feels so damn important for taking on Orn and Smough since I don’t have a high poise character. But I should be able to slay them soon. Might summon Sunbro to take on Smough and we can kill him since I don’t fear super Orn. And I want that armor set.
Man, that’s rough losing a Blacksmith. On Ornstein and Smough, I always found Super Orn harder to deal with. But I really wanted that Dragonslayer Spear.
Twinkle Titanite cost so damn much in this game, but I finally got the Pally Armor Set +5. Beast.
Picked up a Soul of Avarice. It’s neat, pros outweigh the cons easily. Sanctus + Mask of the Mother ftw, I think imma leave those on me instead of bottomless boxing them. If I didn’t kill the stupid vendor I could be wearing Orenstein’s set right now (lighting/fire resist). Fuck.
My favorite looking armors are Gold-Black set, Pally set, and Orn’s set. Giant’s set looks like a space cadet, Black Iron gets boring, Havel’s is lol. I think I’m nearing the end of the game, I already killed Nito but the Ice Dragon took me out.
