I played Valle on some casual matches on the stream for Wednesday Night Fights last night. Everyone who has seen me play Valle before knows I usually get my ass kicked by him, but I actually did pretty well against him this time.

WTF is going on? This is no reset. Ryu is just being crossed up while he’s down. You already posted your CAMMY CHAMP SETUP 4 posts ago and this video is using the same trick. What the hell is going on dude?
Do you really call that a RESET? What if the enemy doesn’t quick stand? Lmao. That setup was nothing but a gimmick. Usually when you do a reset you knock people out of the air or stop your combo and go for a throw. In that video he just didn’t c.spike the second time but instead crossed up with c.strike and did meaty c.hp. Is that a fuckin reset? Is it also a reset whenever I get a knockdown and continue pressuring after they wake up?
If the definition of a reset is that you sacrifice guaranteed damage to possibly get more damage, yes then that is a fuckin reset. Then it’s also a reset when I stop my combo after c.lk c.lp and fish for a mashed reversal dp. Get real.
i guess you can say it’s ambiguous because you either land in front of or behind the opponent depending on which divekick you use. and yea you don’t need good reactions to counter it if you wanna just mash out a dp or something. but above all these tremendous flaws it’s still a good gimmick.
I have variations of the reset Supa used. They worked on Valle and Justin Wong. Maybe you should shut the fuck up. The Cammy Champ setup is not using the same tricks.

actually the cammy forums are a pretty friendly place so long as other people aren’t coming in here acting all hostile and shit. and so far that’s all i have seen from you, perhaps just take a chill pill, if you don’t see the value in someone’s gimmick then don’t use it, it’s really that simple.
me personally, i view that gimmick in the ballpark of hail-mary when your down, or a super-flashy way of finishing someone who is completely mind-fucked.
